TATRA STB-402 CLASSIC is a purely classic model tube-fed semi-auto shotgun from the STB-402 series, featuring with glossy black receiver and parts.
The STB-402 is one of TATRA’s most popular hunting and sporting shotguns, featuring a rotating bolt and an ingenious inertia-operated system. Thanks to its inertia-operated system, as opposed to a gas-operated system, the shotgun requires no special cleaning, while providing the user with a great deal of enjoyment and advantage thanks to its impressive muzzle velocity and light weight. Its range and power are excellent, as with double-barrel shotguns.
A polished glossy barrel with a ventilated rib and brass front sight ensures smooth recoil and excellent line of sight. The barrel is made of drilled AISI 4140 steel and chrome-plated internally. Manufactured using state-of-the-art technology, it features the symbol Fleur-de-Lys: suits for also steel shot. The use of the highest-quality materials and the innovative QPQ process – both in the barrels and chokes, similar to rifled weapons – significantly increases resistance to wear and corrosion, ensuring years of reliability.
The receiver is crafted from 7075-T6 ALU and machined with the highest precision on CNC machines, ensures lightness and exceptional durability even under the harshest pressure and operating conditions.
The stock and forend of the model TATRA STB-402 ROYAL are made of Turkish walnut, a top-quality material known and valued worldwide. They are crafted from carefully selected, dry Turkish walnut from southeastern Türkiye, using a special and precise cutting angle.
